"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"The service was better than any other service provider that I had come out to my house. The service technician came right ON TIME when he said he was going to. There was no delay. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and got straight to the point and solved the problem. . He provided a service that I thought was lost due to dealing with other companies. I had a leak and he was able to pinpoint exactly where it was at and gave me the information and the suggestions on how to fix it. He fixed the leak very fast! I would truly recommend this service for anyone else. I know if somebody asked me "do you have an AC guy?" I am definitely going to recommend ATD!!!!!!!
