"After so long that they installed my electric system, I had a minor issue. I called them and they send Michael within the hour. He was amazing. Fixed it right away and also with a kind smile in his face. Keep up the good work!"

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"My blower on my heater was not working properly. I had changed the filter this morning and it was filthy. After I installed it the blower did not kick into the higher setting. I called Tru North at 7:00 AM ET and they were at my house by 8:30 AM ET- talk about customer service- WOW! Just before Tru North arrived the blower started working. JP and Brian looked at my unit and could not find anything wrong except a big hair ball near the blower. They cleaned it up and were totally awesome. They recommended I have the unit serviced and air ducts cleaned out. Both were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend TRU NORTH. Way to go guys :)"

"Fast and fairly priced. Colin is a knowledgeable and thorough installer."

"The two men who did the install were the best workmen I have ever had at my house. Quiet, polite, smart, and SO knowledgeable.! Give them a raise! I had to go out while they were working and trusted them completely in my house! And the left my house cleaner than they found it!"

Keystone Comfort HVAC was built to provide a better experience for homeowners in southeastern PA. After years of working within large, corporate-driven HVAC environments, our founders saw a growing need for a company that values honesty, quality work, and long-term relationships over quick transactions. We understand the common frustrations customers face, including unclear communication, rushed service, and short-term fixes that don't solve the real problem. We take the time to listen, explain what is happening, and provide clear recommendations tailored to your needs. Whether it is system repairs, new installations or maintenance, we focus on doing the job right the first time. We believe that when customers feel informed/confident in their decisions, the results are better. We also believe that strong teams create better outcomes. By supporting our employees and maintaining high standards in our work, we are able to deliver consistent service that customers rely on.

"I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. This young man , 20, had a great work ethic and a bright future. Very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you Harris."

"We were delighted with our generator project. Everyone from Sunrise Comfort Solutions was so genuinely focused on making certain that our selection, installation, and generator operation exceeded our expectations. Covid protocols were practiced. Selection of a properly sized generator is the key to your satisfaction when it's needed. Your sale exec will conduct a thorough evaluation of tour home systems. Installation is a complex process; done with expertise. Testing and homeowner in- service were a cinch. Service does not end with the installation. The contractor followed up to ensure our questions were all answered. Communications were excellent throughout the process. I look forward to working with Sunrise Comfort on future projects at our home."
