"Terrible: 1) Installer did not install as agreed upon. Line was to be placed behind wallboard. They insisted it would not fit, but I found out later when I had another HVAC company install the same units at my work office and did place lines behind wall board behind 2x4's. Be honest will ya! 2) Installer damaged a valve in condenser causing unit to leak which needed replaced. I asked for a new condenser, but Climatech refused and repaired. and warranted the repair. I would have rather had new. 3) Installer split the copper line in two places. A 2nd installer had to come out several days after install to repair and finish install. I requested a new copper line, but they again refused, but instead warranted the repairs. I again wanted new. 4) They sale the unit as most quiet in industry, but when it get's below 40 degrees outside condenser hums and struggles over condensation. The inside unit gurgles and whistles and hisses over it as well. They had a Mitsubishi person come out. Their response is unit runs normal and the operations manual states that the noise is because of condensation and won't do anything further about it. I would have not ordered the unit knowing this. They should list this before selling it. Emailing me an operations manual after the fact of install and payment is just not an acceptable response. Neither Climatech nor Mitsubishi is showing any integrity nor addressing the noise problem. I would not use either again. I am exploring legal options and trying to develop a class action legal case over false advertisement to obtain a replacement unit to eliminate the noise or refund. Very disappointing to spend the one and get this from companies such as this. "Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"I found Bradley Brothers LLC via Angie's list. Brian contacted me in a few hours and they came out the next day. I thought there was an issue with the furnace's "SMART OR NOT SO SMART" thermostat because I just had my furnace checked in the fall. The furnace was coming on and off with short runs. Brian did a full diagnostic check on the furnace and it was good to go. He even checked to make sure there wasn't a gas leak! ð I requested a Honeywell old fashion thermostat installed , which he did. Problem solved plus the cost was reasonable. Brian was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Of course I had a lot of questions. He answered them without even blinking an eye and with a smile. But beware an older gentleman was with him and he was quite a talker but very knowledgeable too! ð I would call Bradley Brothers again for service and highly recommend them too."

"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."
