"Ok, I?ve never written a bad review before, but this situation has me so perplexed that I feel that I have to. Friday?s Pest Management did work at my property approximately a month ago, basically sealing up roof gaps, screening vent gaps, and building a bat door on the chimney, which had cracked and was awaiting repairs, after the bats were removed. Barry did the work, I paid him (over $2K) and I thought it was done. The next day, I noticed a piece of the mesh that he had used in the chimney was laying on the ground. I texted him and sent him a picture of the mesh and asked if this was something that needed attention. No response. I thought, ?ok, he?s busy, they?re not open today, I?ll try him Monday.? I called and left a message. Nothing. I let it go a week, called again and left a message. Nothing. I had no idea if the job was done correctly or not. My wife found a bat in the house the day after the chimney guys were here. This guy apparently has no use for you once you pay him. "

If I need this type of remediation next year I will definitely not use this company! It is difficult for me to leave a negative review because I am a small business owner and I understand the challenges but I also understand treating people and customers correctly. "

If I need this type of remediation next year I will definitely not use this company! We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."

I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused.
