The staff at Valley Veterinary Associates give my pets great care.

Dr Maxwell is competent, and friendly, and answers ALL my questions. She has provided excellent care for my two cats. In addition, all of the staff that i have dealt with are very professional, and pleasant.

They were great. They were really good about handling the situation professionally.

It is close by. It was owned by another vet, but Dr. Schuler bought it. He was recommended to me by another vet when I used to live in Remington. The girls there know my cats and me. When I call up and say my cat's name, they know exactly whom I mean. The quality is good. There are several vets that work there. One I liked, he moved to the west. Another one I go to, she is very condescending. I had a cat with lymphoblastic leukemia and there was a vet there who taught me how to give him some fluid. When I call and if receptionist doesn't answer the phone call, I can leave a message. They will get back to me in half hour. I never had a problem waiting there for long. I like Dr. Schuler.

The doctor had a couple of emergencies before we got there so we had to wait a little bit, but if I had an emergency, I would hope that other customers would be understanding. I had brought two cats in for their annual exams, one required an immunization and lab work, as well as his ears cleaned and claws trimmed. The doctor took her time with us and answered all of our questions.

It went well. Vet was nice. Vet tech was EXTREMEMLY nice and seemed to really care about my puppy and my concerns.

Everyone was friendly, pleasant and understanding. DianDian, our dog was well taken care of. Receptionist greeted us when we entered. We registered, just like I do in a doctor's office. We were called into an exam room within 10 minutes. Nurse (or Vet assistant) looked him over, got his vitals and reviewed the purpose of the visit. Dr arrived a few minutes later and talked with us about the procedure. Din got his shots, we paid our bill and we were on our way! Very friendly and professional...

THIS IS A FINE GROUP OF VERY EXPERIENCED VETERINARIANS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY SYMPATHETIC, VERY THOROUGH AND VERY COMMUNICATIVE WITH THEIR CLIENTS. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING.

HAD SOME TROUBLE GETTING AN APPOINTMENT. THEY SEEM TO ALWAYS BE BUSY. I GUESS THAT MEANS THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE I GUESS FOR A VETERINARIAN. I WILL PROBABLY TAKE ALL MY OTHER ANIMALS TO THEM.

THE OFFICE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE AND WHAT TO EXPECT. TIPS WERE PROVIDED ON HOW TO CLEAN HER EARS AND HER INCISION. I WAS CALLED RIGHT AFTER HER SURGERY TO INFORM ME OF HER STATUS. I WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE DO'S AND DONT'S AFTER SURGERY.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION AS OPPOSED TO OTHERS WE VISITED. THEY ARE POLITE, REFER TO MEDICAL CHARTS WHEN DISCUSSING PROBLEMS OR SET BACKS, WHICH WE HAD LOTS OF, THEY CALLED TO SEE HOW FRED WAS PROGRESSING IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS, BASICALLY THEY ARE CARING, SUPPORTIVE GROUP THAT REALLY LOVES ANIMALS.

THE DOCTOR AS WELL AS THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE VERY KIND TO OUR DOG. THEY WERE GENTLE WITH HIM AND EXPLAINED ALL TESTS COMPLETED AND POSSIBLE OUTCOMES. HE WAS ALSO GIVEN MEDICATION.
