Work was completed by a real pro, arrived when promised and did the work very professionally and courteously!

Matt and Josh showed up the first day and got right to work and had the a/c running by the end of the afternoon. They finished up the next day before noon and checked the system before leaving and all worked as expected. It has been a little over a month now and we are happy with the equipment and the workmanship. Thanks guys!

They were here 30 minutes after I called them with the same tech (Philip) that was at my home before for some unrelated work. He was done, cleaned up and out within 45 minutes. I won't even bother calling another plumber for any future work.

Philip was the tech that came out. He was professional and a pleasure to talk to. He didn't mind my helping or asking questions at all. He worked cleanly and cleaned up after he left. I'll definitely hire Gerard for my next project.

It was ok. He mainly fixed the problem, he was trying to sell me a whole new toilet and everything else, which is crazy. I wasn't going for it. He was pretty expensive, I wouldn't use him again. His price was too high and he spent a lot of the effort trying to sell me a new bathroom basically, it was crazy. His prices are a little high and he tried to sell me services or things I don't think I need. I think there is a lot better pricing out there, I don't think he has really great prices. I felt a little ripped off. I needed the work done, and I needed it done quick because there was a leak, but I thought the prices were a little to be high to be honest with you. He got it to where it mostly doesn't leak, but it still leaks some. He came out and he was on time, there was no problems with that. He was polite, courteous and professional, but I felt he was trying to sell me more than I needed. He wasn't rude about it, he was kind about it, I just wasn't falling for it. I would only use him if I was in a pinch. Only if my guy was going to take 3 or 4 days to come out I would use him.

They are responsive. They come really quickly when you need them. They are professional and do good work. Their prices are reasonable.

Originally thought it went well. Gerard plumbers informed me upon their departure, after spending most of the day disconnecting a pipe and inserting another through the wall into the bedroom, that the leak was fine, They bled the registers at the boiler location and informed me to tell my husband to bleed the registers in the morning and everything would be good. They left quickly without installing the new register. After my husband returned home early Friday evening, extremely happy our problem 'was solved', he decided to go take a look at the boiler. Friday, early evening. John found out that the leak was as prominent as it was before the pipe replacement. Gerard's men lied to me. They told me that after John bleeds the registers in the morning, everything would be good! Al Gerard would not answer John's call. Justin returned his call and immediately told John before John had a chance to say anything: "Ya, the guys told me the leak wasn't fixed!" John asked why no one called to tell us. Justin's response was, 'I don't know'. Then John asked what are they going to do about this, what is the game plan?" Justin responded, "You want us to come out tomorrow Saturday and pay us overtime!!!" Never received all call from Al all weekend!

Made an appointment with them a week in advance. Was told we were the first appointment of the morning. My husband waited and waited for someone to show and by 11am noone. Had to have my mother go and stay at the house. By 3pm still no call or show. We called them and were told they had a job before ours that there was a gas leak? said they didn' t know how long it would be. Upset that we had to keep calling them for an update and they couldn't call us at all. They asked if they could come today. Husband said after 4 as he works. They called him at noon saying they could do it then, but not when he told them he was available. I'm very disappointed with their service and customer service. Then apparently had us scheduled for the following Thursday and we never confirmed we would be available.

Very badly. It took 2 visits, many phone calls and THREE tanks (paid for separately) before it was corrected. They DO NOT give itemized invoices so you don't know how many hours they're charging you, hourly rate or price of parts. We called them FIVE times after receiving the bill with no returned call. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Cy I. The office was very pleasant however it took over a week to get an appointment then when the person came out he said he would be back Monday with estimate and papers to sign and he still hasn't come back or called and today makes s week since he was to be back.

Project went very smoothly, employees were knowledgeable and kept me up to date on what was happening. They did the project well and took care of other minor plumbing issues while hooking up the new water line. My only complaint was with the township, not Gerard, who never brought a new curb box out, instead allowing the old broken one to be duct taped and put back. I highly recommend Gerard and will be using them again in the future.

It went poorly. 200 gallons of raw sewage was dumped into my yard. They damaged the housing for the pump because they pulled it improperly, they left and never came back. I have spent over $7000 repairing their damages.

A few days before Thanksgiving, I started having furnace problems and I was afraid to turn the heat on. I was very busy at the time and was unable to call anyone to come and look at it until two days before Thanksgiving. After debating over who to call, I decided to call Gerard and luckily I made the right decision. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and said they could send someone out that day or the next and I chose the next day. Greg came out and diagnosed the problem. It was the motor. He gave me my options and I chose a new motor which they had to order. I was also having trouble with my thermostat and Greg replaced it with a new one the same day and it works great. The motor came in three days later and they called that day to see when they could come out again and I chose the next day. Greg came out and installed the new motor and I now have heat and everything works great. I was impressed with their prompt, professional, friendly service and I would recommend this company.

Called to have a job reviewed and to provide a quote. Receptionist took my information and said that someone would call me, and I never heard anything from them.

Great, he came on time, called on his way. Very nice, job went as described. Looks good!

Erik was our technician. Arrived when expected. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed the repairs he could and answered all my questions in detail. One repair was unable to be completed because it involved the local water authority shutting off the water so he could repair our main water shutoff which would not close before he could complete one of the repairs originally called for. He called the water authority and set up a date for them to come out ( at my convenience) and for his return to do the repair. All costs were quoted before hand. Would definitely recommend to others.

most of the time I got good prompt responses, but several times I was told they would get back to me and they did not. I had to call and remind them they owed me another visit.

He arrived at approximate time as scheduled; looked at faucet (Moen) - said he had seen a few go bad, either slip or break; took it apart - and started to put together - after 2 hr and 45 minutes he called Moen to find out what he was doing wrong, finished 15 minutes later - works well; but for item to have taken 3 hours was a little stressful to us. Especially when the girl at Moen said if I had any knowledge of plumbing it was a 15-20 minute project. I was thankful that Gerard charges by the job - but it was still pricey when I had all the parts and shouldn't have taken but a few minutes. Next he checked out a leak on faucet outside - tried to tighten handle and broke it. Husband knew that wouldn't help anyway, so it of course needed replaced. He also replaced another faucet and added a shut-off valve (both were some 55 yrs old) so needed that. These two took around 1 hour. Which was adequate time, but still on pricey side. Don't know if I would call again, but it I did, I would ask for someone else just because of the kitchen faucet and all the wasted time.

They had a "special" and quoted me $49 for an AC Clean and Inspect. They found the compressor to be "locked up". So, nothing left to inspect, or to clean. They asked for and got (not from me) a check for $95. I called the next day and asked what happened to the $49 "special?" I was told that because the compressor was bad, the fee was justified. WHAT? So the charge was double the quote, and only a fraction of the work was performed? Needless to say, I had the entire AC replaced with a high efficiency 15 SEER unit by ANOTHER AC company . They lost $3500+ on that job. Also, when I look to replace my heating system this fall with a hi-eff system, and my 19+ year old water heater, Gerard will not get a call from me. So...they gained $50 and lost much more. Maybe if they came and cleaned the old AC to finish the "Clean and Inspect" before I bring it to the recycler I might not feel so negative? NAH! Oh...and $185 to replace a bath vanity faucet (labor only). Like FOX news says...I report, you decide.

Plumber was in time and found the issue that was causing low water pressure to the whole house very quickly.

It went very well. They were very professional, on time and actually even came the night before scheduled since the hot water tank was in at 9pm to make sure we had hot water asap.

Awesome company. Came within hours of calling and was done in an hour. It does help that I live right down the street from them, but nonetheless, it was quick and easy.

When I sent the initial Email I received a response almost immediately. I then called and they were very accommodating working with my schedule and when a plumber would be available. I was told the plumber would come between 12:00 and 1:00. The plumber showed up at 12:15. He got right to work and was done with the job around 1:15. He was very professional. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend Gerard Plumbing to anyone that is looking for a plumber.

I removed the old sink. Painted all the walls and ceiling. The trap for the sink was no good! I placed a new floor! I bought a pre assembled cabinet sink and pre assembled faucet! When I called this service the woman that took the call was named Si. She told me it would cost 250$ I thought that was a fair price. So I set up the appt. The tech that came was named Joe. He was very nice however he took several cigarette breaks outside for 15+ mins. He also took 3 1/2 hours to complete this job. He also left once to go back to the shop for something that he didn't bring. He acted as if it was my fault that he didn't put the right supplies on his truck. It turns out that it was a piece of plastic pipe that he needed. So that took 30mins! So with all the breaks he took and the road trip he actually only worked for about maybe 1 -2 hours that he was here. When he gave me the bill I almost fell over. I paid the bill! He did do a good job but not worth the price!
