Matt and Josh showed up the first day and got right to work and had the a/c running by the end of the afternoon. They finished up the next day before noon and checked the system before leaving and all worked as expected. It has been a little over a month now and we are happy with the equipment and the workmanship. Thanks guys!

They were here 30 minutes after I called them with the same tech (Philip) that was at my home before for some unrelated work. He was done, cleaned up and out within 45 minutes. I won't even bother calling another plumber for any future work.

Philip was the tech that came out. He was professional and a pleasure to talk to. He didn't mind my helping or asking questions at all. He worked cleanly and cleaned up after he left. I'll definitely hire Gerard for my next project.

It was ok. He mainly fixed the problem, he was trying to sell me a whole new toilet and everything else, which is crazy.  I wasn't going for it. He was pretty expensive, I wouldn't use him again. His price was too high and he spent a lot of the effort trying to sell me a new bathroom basically, it was crazy. His prices are a little high and he tried to sell me services or things I don't think I need. I think there is a lot better pricing out there, I don't think he has really great prices. I felt a little ripped off. I needed the work done, and I needed it done quick because there was a leak, but I thought the prices were a little to be high to be honest with you. He got it to where it mostly doesn't leak, but it still leaks some. He came out and he was on time, there was no problems with that. He was polite, courteous and professional, but I felt he was trying to sell me more than I needed. He wasn't rude about it, he was kind about it, I just wasn't falling for it. I would only use him if I was in a pinch. Only if my guy was going to take 3 or 4 days to come out I would use him.

Originally thought it went well. Gerard plumbers informed me upon their departure, after spending most of the day disconnecting a pipe and inserting another through the wall into the bedroom, that the leak was fine, They bled the registers at the boiler location and informed me to tell my husband to bleed the registers in the morning and everything would be good. They left quickly without installing the new register. After my husband returned home early Friday evening, extremely happy our problem 'was solved', he decided to go take a look at the boiler. Friday, early evening. John found out that the leak was as prominent as it was before the pipe replacement. Gerard's men lied to me. They told me that after John bleeds the registers in the morning, everything would be good! Al Gerard would not answer John's call. Justin returned his call and immediately told John before John had a chance to say anything: "Ya, the guys told me the leak wasn't fixed!" John asked why no one called to tell us. Justin's response was, 'I don't know'. Then John asked what are they going to do about this, what is the game plan?" Justin responded, "You want us to come out tomorrow Saturday and pay us overtime!!!" Never received all call from Al all weekend!

Made an appointment with them a week in advance. Was told we were the first appointment of the morning. My husband waited and waited for someone to show and by 11am noone. Had to have my mother go and stay at the house. By 3pm still no call or show. We called them and were told they had a job before ours that there was a gas leak? said they didn' t know how long it would be. Upset that we had to keep calling them for an update and they couldn't call us at all. They asked if they could come today. Husband said after 4 as he works. They called him at noon saying they could do it then, but not when he told them he was available. I'm very disappointed with their service and customer service. Then apparently had us scheduled for the following Thursday and we never confirmed we would be available.

Very badly. It took 2 visits, many phone calls and THREE tanks (paid for separately) before it was corrected. They DO NOT give itemized invoices so you don't know how many hours they're charging you, hourly rate or price of parts. We called them FIVE times after receiving the bill with no returned call. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Cy I. The office was very pleasant however it took over a week to get an appointment then when the person came out he said he would be back Monday with estimate and papers to sign and he still hasn't come back or called and today makes s week since he was to be back.

Project went very smoothly, employees were knowledgeable and kept me up to date on what was happening. They did the project well and took care of other minor plumbing issues while hooking up the new water line. My only complaint was with the township, not Gerard, who never brought a new curb box out, instead allowing the old broken one to be duct taped and put back. I highly recommend Gerard and will be using them again in the future.

It went poorly. 200 gallons of raw sewage was dumped into my yard. They damaged the housing for the pump because they pulled it improperly, they left and never came back. I have spent over $7000 repairing their damages.

A few days before Thanksgiving, I started having furnace problems and I was afraid to turn the heat on.  I was very busy at the time and was unable to call anyone to come and look at it until two days before Thanksgiving.  After debating over who to call, I decided to call Gerard and luckily I made the right decision.  The woman who answered the phone was very nice and said they could send someone out that day or the next and I chose the next day.  Greg came out and diagnosed the problem.  It was the motor.  He gave me my options and I chose a new motor which they had to order.  I was also having trouble with my thermostat and Greg replaced it with a new one the same day and it works great.  The motor came in three days later and they called that day to see when they could come out again and I chose the next day.  Greg came out and installed the new motor and I now have heat and everything works great.  I was impressed with their prompt, professional, friendly service and I would recommend this company.
