Not only do they use more environmentally friendly methods, such as the spays they use, but they perform an inspection of the property to see where, if anywhere, the pests are getting in. This is extremely important for mice, because you need to drop them 3 miles away from your house or they will find their way back. Green man includes inspection and exclusion to their service to inspect for openings and try to close them. I had another pest control service for my previous house, and they didn’t practice exclusion, all they did was spray and put mouse bait in the basement. I had mice in all of my kitchen cabinets and under my oven in that last house. It was a nightmare. Knock on wood, I haven’t had any mice inside my house since hiring Green man pest control. "I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."
