"My friend is in the hospital recovering from major surgery. His wife is at home taking care of 3 adolescent boys from foster care. The home gets hit with a bed bug infestation and they need to relocate to an old mobile home while their house is being fumigated. I called ProTech on Friday afternoon and explained I needed to help my friend as there was an electrical issue at the trailer that needed to be fixed so the family could stay there. Less than 24 hours later their technician was at the trailer and fixed all the problems. Communication was great and constant, price was very fair and they did all this from one phone call. They didn't know me. They accepted payment over the phone by credit card and followed up to make sure everything was good. I could not speak more highly of my satisfaction with this company. "Erwin and Harold from Edinson Electrical Solutions visited us to work on the dishwasher, the circuit breaker panel, outlets and possible installation of a new outlet box in the basement. Erwin was very thorough. He went through all the requirements of what needed to be done and provided options for us to pick. We wound up putting in a new outlet box for the dishwasher (which he diagnosed as needing replacement). He installed a new whole house surge protector at the circuit breaker panel. He fixed a few of the troublesome outlets. We decided not to install the outlet box in the basement at this time. What was impressive was the time he spent explaining the pros and cons of what needed to be done. I appreciated the explanations. They did an outstanding job for us and not was reasonable for the work that was performed."
