It's always the best possible situation, even when the results are not what we want to hear. Dr. Bower has been there for us through many pets, and always works to keep our four-legged friends healthy and happy. They are quick to get our pets in for emergencies and have even worked with us on billing issues so that our animals get the care they need.

They are very good and will take me right in; they are willing to work with me and there is very little wait. They are the best vets in the area because I have been to about 3 others.

They are courteous. I feel that their rates are rather reasonable. They work with me, and nobody does a bunch of stuff and then hands me a bill. They always discuss with me what things they are going to run. Some of the veterinarians I have dealt with would say that I am not taking the best care of my animal if I didn't want to do everything that they said. The veterinarians here understand that chemotherapy treatment for a dog with cancer is not reasonable for everybody. They are not open 24 hours.

They are very good. The overall experience was excellent. They are very good because they will help out at anytime if you have an emergency. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. They are very good with prices. They are always very kind.
