Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.

The system has been working perfectly.  On 2/10/2014 I called about a message code and service was prompt.  The problem was with my internet service unable to download some new software as a result of the power outages from the recent snow/ice storm.

I am very interested in some additional work for a battery backup for my sump pump.  I am requesting additional information about a full home generator.

Also, they cleaned up after the installation and removed all of the old equipment.
