Hot water heater not working, Ethan and Kevin came out when they said they would and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. They were very efficient, polite, showed the bad parts that were removed. Also cleaned up before leaving. Will hire again.

Kevin was awesome,I had my house flood from the old pipes in the ceiling and they were able to replace all my bad pipes in my basement. They were really nice and courteous.

I would absolutely hire Ethan again. We had high water bills...he responded to my text request quickly. First ..he came when at the day n scheduled time! He was respectful of property, very polite. Second he assessed needs n estimated costs. Third. Sent text with estimate details..leaving us to make our own decision. Fourth. Completed work on the day he scheduled. Very clean, efficient. He changed out commodes/ fixed commode parts/ fixed be bathtub stop/ new kitchen faucet/installed a dishwasher. He is extremely reasonably priced n accommodating. I'm choosing NOT to send pic of our commodes( I'm not sure it's appropriate) But everything was done methodically...respecting our opinion n our home. He will be out GO TO plumber!

I am very happy about my experience with E&K plumbing. Ethan was able to come out on very short notice to help with my plumbing emergency. He came in and quickly assessed the problem. He did an excellent and speedy job fixing it better than when it was new. I was also very happy that I wasn't charged an outrageous amount like most specialists do. I have found my new plumber, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Very professional sold me on a whole house replacement for sewer

Well let me tell yall to start I took a fat dump 2-3 hours or so lost track of time in there my phone died. I flushed it didnt go down also to add I had to flush while sitting there multiple times cause it filled up. It was coming back up out I ran over to my neighbors had them call Ethan him and Kevin came out Kevin started throwing up as soon as he walked in and had to step outside. I get it though it was bad I was beside Kevin. Ethan went in there and got that mofo unclogged and had it down the drain seemed like 10 minutes or so but I was upchucking last nights dinner out the other side at this point still. Ethan then referred me to clean up services whom came out and cleaned my bathroom up for me I just could not bring myself to it and had to tip them for bearing with the smell I felt so bad. They didnt make me feel embarrassed either about the situation. Will hire again next time I do this.
