Chally’s is very committed to doing a quality job both where it can’t be seen (foundation and footings) and also on all the finishing touches. They even made suggestions to move a gutter downspout around a corner so they wouldn’t have to cut out a portion of the floor boards. They even took up and replaced boards surrounding an outward jutting bay window themselves (without prompting from me) because it didn’t meet THEIR standards.
