My wife and I have been associated with Weeks and their products for over 50 years and have ALWAYS been extremely pleased. Their sales, installers, and service people have truly been exceptional.

This is the 3rd home of ours that M.C. Weeks has done the window treatments and they have all been exquisite. From the showroom to the installation everything is beautiful and professional.

Purchased a cellular window shade to cover 3 windows from M.C. Weeks. It was a very pleasant experience. In the showroom, Natalie was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Hunter Douglas products in her store. Natalie spent quite some time with me as I was not sure the direction that I wanted to take with my windows. A decision was made and the day that Chad, who was to install the blind came to measure, I was unsure if I chose a pleat that was to much for my window. Chad was able to show me the difference in the measurements of the headrail and I knew my choice needed to be changed. Chad was able to make the change for me that day and I was able to stay with my original color choice. The shade was ready in 4 weeks and Chad did a great job with the install and clean up. I can see myself going thru M.C. Weeks for future window treatment options.

We just worked with MC Weeks to handle all of the window treatments in our new office space. Everything from start to finish was so smooth and professional. They provided thoughtful guidance to find the perfect shades to fit our budget. They were attentive to our timeline and had great communication throughout the process. MC Weeks installed beautiful and energy-efficient automated shades throughout our new construction home. They guided us expertly selecting style and automation options, and figuring out prewiring specs for our builder. Measurement and installation were a breeze and the entire team professional, responsive, and courteous throughout. So glad we chose MC Weeks they run a great business. We couldn't be more pleased, 100% recommend!

I visited the show room only once.  Then the designer, Sarah, came to my home on two occasions with all the books so that I could choose fabric for the shades and drapes and hardware.

Sarah was informed of my budget and worked very hard to stay within that budget.  There was no pressure from her to exceed my budget.

The shades arrived before the drapery.  I opted to have all window treatments installed at once.  M.C. Weeks worked with my schedule to determine a mutually convenient day for installation.

On the day of installation, the crew of three (Sarah, Rick and Joe) showed up on time and went about their business.  The installation finished early.  Before leaving, I was showed how to operate all the shades. I was asked if the drapes were hung to my satisfaction.  I was given all the paperwork and associated warranties.

That next evening, I noticed that three of my shades had irregularities in them.  These irregularities were not noticeable  in the sunlight. I immediately contacted Sarah the next morning,  That Friday evening, I had Rick and the owner of M.C. Weeks, Boris at my house to examine the shades. Unfortunately, it was daylight when they arrived and were not able to see what I saw in the evening.  They asked that I let the shades hang for awhile. 

I took pictures of the shades in the evening and sent them to Sarah.  She forwarded them to the original manufacturer (Hunter Douglas).  I received an email that the shades were being re-made at no additional expense to me.

The week prior to Thanksgiving, Rick and Boris returned to install the new shades.  They are perfect.

I would definitely recommend M.C. Weeks and plan to use them for my future projects.

MC Weeks just installed silhouettes in master bathroom. Because they did work for me before, I knew the routine. So I stopped in the shop to see what was new and to discuss product and fabric. When they came to house to measure, I told them about a broken clip on a previous install (10 years ago). The first thing they did was fix the broken clip. The silhouettes which they recently installed in the master bathroom look amazing. One of the 3 shades came in with lift on the wrong size. We tried to live with it - but just did not work.

Called MC Weeks - told them our issue - the problem is being resolved. Their work ethic, is old school. Friendly, informative staff,
I can buy Hunter Douglas silhouettes several places. But if you are looking for Old School integrity and work ethic. Honesty and fairness. People who deliver - you want MC Weeks. The shades were ordered and received a week earlier than expected.
They have earned my respect and I will go back to them again for draperies - my next project. I do not give these recommendations lightly. I have years of house improvements, decorating - working and getting estimates - and there are very few individuals or businesses that impress me. A handful that I would take the time to write a review for them.

MC Weeks did an excellent job. First went to his store in Collegeville where I was given excellent information to make an informed decision. Followed by home visit where he measure and then installed the shades. Also did the same for my
son.
I am definitely going back to get assistance w/ window treatments for my living room and dining room.

They were very accommodating. I found them on the internet. After I visited their location, their first group came out on the same day and measured my windows; and after a couple of weeks, the second group came and did the work. They had an enough range of shades that I could pick one good shade at a very reasonable price. I would use their service in the future too.
