"Kip the owner contacted me August 4th apologizing for the no-show problem i encountered. He set an appointment and came to my home yesterday. He was able to go through the projects I am interested in completing and provided us with information. He will provide a quote within a week. This family owned and operated business was excellent. The front office coordinated all services in record speed.  Desmond's estimate was right on the money, and his partner Bryan completed the job with total professionalism and efficacy.
