List Included repair of leak in laundry room included opening of wall. All new fittings Installed and the wall was repaired. Valves and floats exchanged in 2 toilets. Aerators replaced on several faucets. Shower arm replaced in master bath and new shower head installed. Shower/tub combo plumbing repaired. New faucet installed in kitchen. All debris was removed and area was left clean. Cost was very reasonable. Have already recommended to my neighbor. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you ?"

From the minute they arrived, AJ was like a maestro conducting his very capable crew to establish a containment area to prevent dust and debri from permeating the rest of the house. Every effort was made to cover furniture, speakers and carpet with plastic. From there, it only got better. AJ and crew made short work of jack hammering the floor, tunneling under the existing paneled wall without disturbing the paneling and trim. This alone saved me a few thousand dollars on repair and replacement. His crew continuous swept and discarded debri to ensure a clean work area.. Without even asking, his guys installed the drains for our furnace condensation line, softener and dehumidifier within the french drain system. "They came in with their team and went right to work. Only a portion of the basement needed to be waterproofed. They drilled out a 10-inch wide portion of the concrete floor, put stones, pipe, more stones and re-concreted that portion of the floor. Painted that wall with waterproof paint leaving me the rest of the painting to do (my choice). Drilled a hole at the bottom of each cinderblock which drained into a grey baseboard material which then drained into the pipe and flowed into the sump pump. Replaced the old basement window and placed concrete around it. Installed a sump pump, placed the pipe through the wall, placing the water exit pipe into a flower bed. Adding a circuit breaker dedicated to the sump pump. They described everything they were going to do prior to the job and everything they did at the completion of the job. Also, explaining how the sump pump worked. The total cost was $4200.00. The best part they cleaned up after. Oh and before they did anything they placed plastic all around so as not to ruin anything in the basement. I did not have to lift a finger."
