"Joe was awesome and he did the job quickly. He installed 2 ceiling fans and 2 lights. I was happy because everything seemed reasonable at $273.50. However, after I paid I was emailed that I owe an extra $100. That means, just installation for these things were $94 each, which is extremely expensive. There was no extra material used. No getting rid of the old materials. No repair of anything. I will finish paying and never use the services again. Again, Joe was great, but the amount to pay is way to much for what was done."

"Great job building the patio. Minor problems were addressed and will be taken care of. The Patio was a great addition to our main house. Lots of comments from friends and family. "I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. I am excited about the finished project. I would contract out with him again."
