Erwin was very thorough. He went through all the requirements of what needed to be done and provided options for us to pick. We wound up putting in a new outlet box for the dishwasher (which he diagnosed as needing replacement). He installed a new whole house surge protector at the circuit breaker panel. He fixed a few of the troublesome outlets. We decided not to install the outlet box in the basement at this time.
