Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. You may be able to get a broken key out of a lock by yourself, depending on the situation. If a portion of the key is still protruding from your lock, try lubricating the keyway and using pliers or even a bobby pin to pull the key out of the hole. Regrettably, entirely pick-proof locks don't exist unless you opt for keyless varieties.   • Your home experiences any type of break-in.

  • You lose your key with the address on it.
