Got very expensive quartz countertops. They showed up last minute 4pm in a 12-4 window and rushed the project to finish it in just 45 minutes. There were several damages to the quartz and it looked awful. The guy pulled a bait and switch and said he could come back the next day. When I called I was told they don’t know why he said that and “have no idea where he is, he’s busy” and that I’ll have to take it up with Lowe’s. I certainly am taking it up with Lowe’s but the company that did the job and received the money should have a little more pride in their work. If you do go through Lowe’s in PA, tell them you don’t want Eastern Surfaces."
