As a third generation plumber I decided to open my business in 1997. With 3 licensed, master plumbers and my office manager, we are true to our logo, "Personal Attention For All Your Plumbing Needs". We are licensed both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and are fully insured. We know you have a choice and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

There were no price surprises, the quote offered was the price I paid. I watched the entire project and must say that Allen was professional, thorough, and personable.

He returned the call within 30 min. and told be when he could get to me (within 2 hours). Meanwhile, I had found the valve and had turned off the water.
He arrived promptly. Analyzed the problem. Made some calls checking prices and availability of the products. Offered me the 2 options i.e. try to repair the faulty valve ($150) or replace the 15 year old heater tomorrow. I opted for the replacement. We talked a little more.
He did try to put in a temporary valve so I'd have water tonight. Didn't work but he was able to get his assistant to pick up the new heater and arrange his schedule so he could install the new one today instead of tomorrow.
He worked very efficiently, dismantling the old one while the new one was on its way. Replace the old and I had water again by 2 pm. I did not ask him to clean up the water still on the cellar floor. I don't know if that would be part of the job but it's no big deal.
Very personable and knowledgable. A good experience all around.
