"Bob showed up on time and did a great job. Can't believe he did all 10+ rooms in 3 hours. All the carpets look great. He advised to use additional cleaning agent for the basement due to presence of cat urine. I highly recomment this company. Walk-in closets and hallways were included without additional charges. Most companies would not do that. Great service and price. You will be happy. Thanks Bob."

"We hired Marc and Parlor City Construction to enlarge our living room, by installing a LVL beam in the ceiling, replacing/rerouting electric outlet, reworking our floor to match and drywall and plaster our entire living room ceiling. The job was completed very professionally, on time service and at a reasonable cost. Each and every employee of Parlor City Construction was professional, congenial and trustworthy. We will in the future be hiring Parlor City Construction for further remodeling of our home."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Bob was very professional. Answered all my questions. Work was done as promised and in a very timely manner. Work space was kept clean and neat. He came back to re-sand and spackle after we primed the walls for paint. Honest businessman."

"Uziyah and his team gutted and renovated a vacant apartment I have in Brooklyn. I had a tenant there for 8 years and it was time to renovate and modernize the unit, making it fit for the tenants coming in from abroad. I would hire and recommend this company."

"Had 6 x 36“ ceramic tile installed. Contractor was very professional, punctual, affordable, communicative, friendly, and with great work ethic. Very hard to find contractors these days with those qualities. I will highly recommend to anyone and I would certainly hire again."
