"Was done professionally. Sent picture of the damage roof that needed fixed. Replaced the whole roof,repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. "We recently had a new roof and new gutters installed by New Look, and they did a terrific job. During the sales phase, Mossimo and Armando walked me through all of my options in detail, helping educate me every step of the way. Markos and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances -- my roof is very steep and has a number of dormers -- and cold weather. Jake was very professional and responsive throughout.
