"James and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day. They replaced 22 wood double hung windows with new Okna 600 Eco-Pro vinyl windows. The new windows look and work great. There was one minor problem with the horizontal sliding window located in the kitchen; on speaking with the owner Tom, they have ordered the required parts and will return to install them. Overall we are pleased with the quality, workmanship and value of the windows. They make the house look much better and are easier to operate than our old windows. "I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed."
