The windows were delivered in literally half the time that other companies were quoting me and the team installed them very soon after. The installation process went very smoothly and the attention to detail finishing the interior pvc trim and the exterior aluminum trim exceeded my expectations. "James and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day. They replaced 22 wood double hung windows with new Okna 600 Eco-Pro vinyl windows. The new windows look and work great. There was one minor problem with the horizontal sliding window located in the kitchen; on speaking with the owner Tom, they have ordered the required parts and will return to install them. Overall we are pleased with the quality, workmanship and value of the windows. They make the house look much better and are easier to operate than our old windows. "I've dealt with Garrety Glass a few times. They get the job done. The quality of work is good but they can take a long time and have mixed up a few order of mine. Once it was with scheduling. Another time, they ordered a tempered glass when I just needed regular window glass cut to fit and installed. Another time, they sent the wrong quote. Bottom line: the workmanship is quality. Unfortunately, they will probably waste your time or money."
