"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Tim just installed vinyl flooring in our basement and redid our guest bathroom, which was a full gut job. He and his team worked day and night to get it all done in time for a party we were having (he was there till 8 pm the night before making sure we were back in business!). Our hideous bathroom is now beautiful, not to mention he came in under budget! The basement also looks great and he even repaired some of the damage to the walls that a previous contractor had done. He's great to work with and I highly recommend him!"

He left the work area very clean, and helped me move furniture back when he was finished. This is a bigger company with multiple workmen and an office staff, so they answer and return calls promptly, which was important to me as I had been trying to get this work done for a while. Price may be a little higher than some competitors, due to overhead--I'd gotten a lower estimate from a local one-man operation for this job, but he never showed up to do the work. I was OK with paying a little more for the increased professionalism. Would definitely use this company again."
