"Steve assembled a trampoline for me in about 3 hours on a Friday morning. He was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process. He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. Lee Dickerson was one of four contractors who responded to my request for quotes to build a new 24' x 24' stand-alone garage,.  I wanted it designed to look like the existing attached garage, including drywall, insulation, 9 foot ceiling, 8 foot high door, man door, 3 dormers, natural stone, stairs to a finished second floor, and painted throughout with window and baseboard moldings.  He did exactly as I requested.  His architect created drawings laying out the design and required material.  He worked with the township to obtain the required building permit and commenced work as promised.  All of his crew and those of the subcontractors were closely scheduled to avoid unnecessary downtime.  When a few timing or material issues arose, Lee worked tirelessly to put in place work-arounds to keep the project on schedule.  All of his subs and his own crew performed extremely well and were professional from start to finish.  I now have the garage I wanted.  It looks like it's always been there since it matches almost exactly with our home and existing garage.  I am very pleased with the work product and the quickness of completion (5 weeks from start to finish).  The quality is excellent.

"We received several estimates and Mark's was by far the best.  He was easy to get a hold of and communicated the whole way through the process.  He came on a Saturday and finished the job in a day.  He even gave us options for mortar color which ended up matching the existing mortar perfectly.  We are happy with the results as the chimney looks better and more importantly is structurally sound, we're now less worried about leaks and further deterioration.  We will definitely consider Mark for future masonry work around our house.
