"After reading multiple reviews I contacted Jonathon for an estimate. He came out the next day and advised of all options. I wanted to initially replace my old builder deck with a vinyl deck that would require no maintenance and would not fade. In our discussions I was convinced that what I really wanted was a screened in porch in addition to just a deck. Jonathon shared photos of some of his past porch jobs, and I was convinced of his skill as a craftsman. The job in total took about 3 weeks to complete. My wife and I could not be happier. The finished porch is simply stunning and unlike anything else in our neighborhood. Our neighbors have given many compliments! Jonathon was very professional, showed up on time, put in a full day's work regardless of the weather, and was responsive to any questions we had along the way. We love it.

Lee Dickerson was one of four contractors who responded to my request for quotes to build a new 24' x 24' stand-alone garage,.  I wanted it designed to look like the existing attached garage, including drywall, insulation, 9 foot ceiling, 8 foot high door, man door, 3 dormers, natural stone, stairs to a finished second floor, and painted throughout with window and baseboard moldings.  He did exactly as I requested.  His architect created drawings laying out the design and required material.  He worked with the township to obtain the required building permit and commenced work as promised.  All of his crew and those of the subcontractors were closely scheduled to avoid unnecessary downtime.  When a few timing or material issues arose, Lee worked tirelessly to put in place work-arounds to keep the project on schedule.  All of his subs and his own crew performed extremely well and were professional from start to finish.  I now have the garage I wanted.  It looks like it's always been there since it matches almost exactly with our home and existing garage.  I am very pleased with the work product and the quickness of completion (5 weeks from start to finish).  The quality is excellent.

"They sent two guys - one for the garage door and one for the gutters.  The garage door only took about 45 minutes to fix and that is all they charged me for too.  The gutters took a bit longer because I don't have typical residential gutters and he needed to get parts to repair it.  They were able to get parts for one side from a nearby supplier, but parts for the other side of my house (a different type of gutter) were not in stock.  They were able to get the parts from another store the following week.  The guys were knowledgable and fast.  Their rate of $80/hour is my only complaint but they sure did perform well and met all of my expectations.

"We received several estimates and Mark's was by far the best.  He was easy to get a hold of and communicated the whole way through the process.  He came on a Saturday and finished the job in a day.  He even gave us options for mortar color which ended up matching the existing mortar perfectly.  We are happy with the results as the chimney looks better and more importantly is structurally sound, we're now less worried about leaks and further deterioration.  We will definitely consider Mark for future masonry work around our house.
