Tom called me within 10 minutes of soliciting on homeadvisor, and was at my house within 2 hrs to determine the cause of my roof leak. Tom was incredibly upfront and honest, and explained what was going on and why. Tom was very flexible in regards to timing, and worked around my schedule to quote, repair, and meet up to receive payment for the job. Price was VERY fair. Would highly recommend, and will keep in mind for future seal coating/painting/other roofing needs.

Mr Ben Townsley is a very nice yet, professional man. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to repair our roof properly. Plus they fixed it the same day before more bad weather hit! Very thoughtful. He took pictures before and after to show me. They are the best I 've seen in a long time!!!

I was under the gun due to snow storm.

The company was in my area when I called and was here within a few minutes to give me an estimate. My huge driveway was cleaned and done the same day. What a difference!

He uses one item of service to gain entrance to your property to inform you of other services he quotes to obtain additional money from you. Since he does offer prices for extra work the homeowner cannot judge if his quotes are reasonable or done to entice you into accepting them at a fast pace. The extra services require as much time as the driveway resurfacing but are more money to gain more money quickly. I noticed after he completed the work and he was paid he could not get to the bank fast enough to cash the check. I am guessing he arrived at the bank within an hour to cash the check after he left my premises. Thought provoking action to me since I pride myself about paying all my bills timely and honestly.

I thought it was a little overpriced even though they gave us a discount just to caulk several ares and spray an acrylic on the roof.

T. Townsley did the job perfectly. Even finding metal roofing for our old barn that really looks like a match. (The old roofing isn't made anymore). Got there just in time before the big rain fell!
