12/20/2023 - Please Note I am very blessed to say things have been very busy for me the past few months starting out on my own and I apologize for any late response or double messages sent by accident or not being able to book as soon as i would like to be able to. "Not good. Painted out pool patio in 40 degrees had to be completely redone. When redone cracks and peeling. Owner would not return my calls or honor 10 year warranty? Also painted over my studs that are used for pool cover. They could not be put down because of the paint on then. C"
