"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

"They did not even complete half the work they said they would. And the work they did do was incomplete and the look absolutely terrible and unacceptable!! When I complained was told my opinion did not matter. However they got full payment for half the work and was terrible work at best!! Do not use these guys you are wasting money!!"

We needed a very large refrigerator moved into our kitchen from a ramp adjacent to our house as soon as possible (our current fridge had failed with no recourse for repair, and we had hundreds of $$ of food standing by in a large ice chest). He was able to come within 90 mins of our "cold" calling him, & was very knowledgeable, fast and expert at securing the replacement to an appliance cart we provided & navigating up a double-back ramp behind out house, into side entrance and past a very narrow space into our kitchen. This required removing side entrance door from its hinges, and removing fridge doors (and then replacing once positioned in the kitchen), which he did expertly and quickly. Darrin was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. We learned he also does carpentry work, and given his excellent work will reach out to him for a project we will have in the spring once the weather warms up. Would highly (highly) recommend. "

"Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didn’t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldn’t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldn’t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"

"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"
