He performed this inspection at no cost. When installation technicians arrived, they suggested a change to our furnace flue to provide better draft (again no charge for this change). "After initial try and fail to follow up, we agree to a second attempt and they arrived on time and performed an excellent job of cleaning the vinyl siding, making sure that the house was clean, and without destroying plantings, as a previous home exterior cleaner had done. Rather than pressure washing, they used a mild chemical wash. Work included three stories high on one side of our hillside house. They also located a blockage in our downspout that had resulted from an earlier roofing job and cleared it. Will hire again when the house needs cleaning."
