Marcus was very polite, friendly and cares about what he does. He took the time to make sure to explain what he was doing & why and did a thorough job. He showed me the before and after for everything. He alerted me of additional cleaning & sanitizing that could be done at a reasonable rate which I agreed to and am happy I did. Marcus came to our home. Our clothes were not drying properly. He pulled a huge birds nest out of the dryer vent outside our home. He then vacuumed out the hoses to the dryer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him in a minute to anyone.
