"TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE PAUL ALSTON. We waiting months for him to start the work. He installed the wrong in-ground fencing instead of the correct deck material. He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

Bob is an amazing person to work with as is his wife Laura. They made the process easy from planning & permitting, to choosing the right materials and layout. Everything went as expected. Bob went above and beyond to insure the job was completed on time as we had a specific timeframe that we needed the job to be completed. We would hire Bob again for another project in the future. To begin with, we really appreciated that he fit us into his busy schedule quickly because he knew our only shower was out of commission.
