"I found my water heater leaking. Started searching for plumber options which brought me here. Got a response from NEWW quickly, and on a late Saturday afternoon. Lou and Steve were fantastic! They were able to stop by within a few hours to assess the situation. Lou explained my options very clearly. They were back the next day, Sunday, and replaced the somewhat unusual sized electric tank heater which is in a tight space. Very grateful for fast, quality work without getting ripped off! They worked very tidy, and were both professional and personable. I will be reaching out to them for a few other things I'd like done."

"My husband passed away a month ago unexpectedly. Fortunately, he had a Post It note on a wall that said the septic tank needed to be emptied in Sept 2020. So I called Environmental Service Corp. Someone actually answered the phone and got me a soon appointment for the work to be done. When the serviceman came, I had no clue where the septic tank was. He showed me where it was. He also said that the tank only needed to be emptied every 3 years, instead of what another company had told my husband - every year. I thanked him for his honesty and was very pleased with their service. They are honest and hard workers. Would hire them again!!"

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
