I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. I live in the Southeastern Forest. Organic matter... really? This felt too much like an attempt at a money grab. Their customer service is nice enough but their aggressive sales tactics are a turn off. I will look for smaller businesses in the future."

Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour.
