I called ECPC for a rodent infestation that was out of control. Dave came out to my home within a few hours, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dave was able to get things under control extremely quickly. I highly recommend ECPC, they actually do what they say they can do.

I found ECPC through HomeAdvisor and was immediately impressed not only with the professional scheduler that spoke to me about my issues but also answered all of my questions thoroughly. After the initial assessment, I felt much more comfortable with ECPC doing the job than some of the other quotes and ideas I heard from other companies. ECPC took into account that whatever they were using would not hurt my dog and provided all the information on any questions I had. They catered to what I was looking for and solved my problems. I hired ECPC through HomeAdvisor to take care of rodents that had made their way into the garage of my rental property (middle unit townhome) due to the tenants inadvertently keeping pet food in the garage that they (the rodents) were able to access. In no time, they made their way into the false ceiling of the finished basement as well. ECPC put out their commercial grade rodenticide bait outside in the garage and outside the property where the rodents had made holes. They also put traps in the false ceiling in the finished basement. It seems that the intervention has worked. The rodenticide in the bait box was completely gone (eaten) and the tenants have said they are not encountering rodents anymore. David very patiently explained his ways and methods to us which was very helpful. There was a second visit. As week after the first application, to make sure that it was working. They provide a 30 days guarantee on their services, which is great. I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time that I used ECPC but I am so glad that I did. I like a small business where the owner cares about the quality of his work. It took a few attempts to get my appointment scheduled (apparently the confirmation did not go through to the tech the first time). Once he came, he was great. Only complaint - he sprayed nests and batted them down but didn t actually physically remove them.
