Working in property management we have issues on occasion with roaches, bed bugs, rodents and even termite treatments. Budget Extermination has been a constant help for us at Fautore Realty and Property Management with reasonable pricing, effectiveness, and follow up visits to ensure the problem is handled. Shawn is always a huge help with us and is always very professional and helpful with solving any issue we may have. We have used this company for over a year working with Shawn and I would highly recommend this company for any property or even personal property use at home. You cannot beat Budget Ext. for any Pest issue you may have.

The Budget Exterminating team was great to work with. April worked around my schedule to get an appointment. Nick was there right on time and was able to quickly find the Yellow Jackets nest and remove it. I would highly recommend them!

Great support! I reached out through Anginie's List and got a call within 20 minutes. They had someone available and showed up as expected. The technicain treated my yellow jacket infestation and told me if there were any issues after a few days, xall and he would come back without charge. Three days later not a single yellow jacket was to be found inside the siding. They are great and I will continue to use them for other extermination needs.

The house was examined for potential entry points for the squirrel. A repellent was sprayed around the house. They were NOT successful in removing the squirrel, however. They kindly did NOT charge for the service.

Sprayed several times to kill hornets, then knocked nest to ground, wrapped in plastic bag, and took it away.

I have had the opportunity to use Budget exterminating for many years. This family operated business is great, and Dave has always done a fantastic job. My very first call to Budget was several years ago to kill a nest of hornets that got into the wall in my daughter's room. Dave made three tiny holes with a wire hanger, and he eliminated the nest in a matter of minutes using a spray powder. When I had mice, he baited and re-baited the traps until the mice were gone. And when those pesky stink-bugs were a problem, he offered to come out anytime for a re-application spray. With the quarterly service, Dave will come out as often as is necessary to fix the pest problem!
This time, the appointment was for my quarterly service. Usually Dave does the work himself, but today he had his assistant, his young-adult grandson (this is truly a family business). He sprayed the perimeter of each room as well as outside the house. I also asked Dave to leave a small animal trap to remove a groundhog. The two were in and out in just a few minutes. I can tell the quarterly service is working, because I have very few insect issues.
A few days later, after the groundhog was trapped, Dave returned to take the groundhog away. It was safely released FAR away from my home.

April is great, always prompt, professional, and pleasant. Tries to accommodate your schedule, and calls if she is running late. Friendly and very knowledgeable, takes extra classes. Any needed extra treatments between the regular visits are included, and done with no problem.This is a small, well-run family business, and I highly recommend them. PS, don't let the word and quot;Budgetand quot; in their name put you off. and quot;Budgetand quot; refers only to their very reasonable price, not to the quality of service, which is EXCELLENT!

Very well. This is the third time I've had David out to treat unwanted guests. He is skilled in finding nests and the source of the problem. He works quickly and efficiently. His work is guaranteed for 30 days, but I've never had to call him back. The I was so impressed that this time I signed up for a service contract, which he gave me a discount on for being a previous customer.
