"Awesome! I worked with Ed at Main Line Kitchens to design our kitchen during a very stressful whole house renovation / expansion. To say he worked with me is an understatement. Ed might just have earned his counselor credentials as he guided me through some uncertainties, even calling me late one night from home after receiving a distressed email about a decision I was making. He ultimately helped steer me towards a cabinet line that fit my desired look, features, timeline, and budget and helped me see the pros and cons of the choices made along the way. He never pressured me and was able to accommodate a seemingly impossible timeline. He even came out to measure twice without complaint when my contractors weren't ready the first time -- not at all his fault -- but he was gracious and kind and took it in stride. Tom Wenger willingly took on the nasty task of removing the old Formica backsplash as well as the old countertops, even though it involved extensive drywall patching and sanding -- not something we had anticipated when he bid the project."

Well, I want to give them a chance so will have them back again but I am concerned that they all tend to talk to me a lot. Also they were training a new employee. so they did not get the house totally done. I liked all of them very much but would like to think that when I am paying them their full cost that they will get down to business and get the job done. I also was not pleased with the cleaning they did on my granite countertops. When I ran my hand across them they felt gritty not smoothly clean. Also they seem to come a distance so I wonder what they do if the weather gets bad. I will try them again as I said because they are very nice personable women and then I will decide if I will hire them permanently.
