Jim and Matt are a great team. Matt was at our house the next day and went through the whole process of replacing our roof. No question was left unanswered We were thrilled with the pricing. Jim couldn't be anymore helpful on the day of installation, he answered every question and made sure the job was completed on time and up to their standards. The job was completed sooner than expected, the work crew was professional and cleaned up all the debris and waste. Either Jim or Matt were on site throughout the process to monitor the crew and answer any questions. Responded to inquiries promptly, even on the weekend. Matt and Jim are amazing contractors and run a great company. On the administrative end they were very prompt with their communications, helped walk us through design options for both our shingles and new gutters, were easy to work with and quickly worked us into their schedule. During the roofing replacement, their whole team was professional, efficiently removed our old roof and properly installed a new one (~38 square) in two days, and then did a really thorough clean up to help ensure our little ones didn’t accidentally step on a stray nail. The new roof and gutters look great and would highly recommend working with JMS to anyone.

Jim and Matt are a very professional team. They take the time to understand your wants and needs and work with you to make it happen. Their are upfront with what to expect and when. We are very pleased with their business and results for their work. JMS will be doing additional work for us and excited to see the outcome. I would and have recommended them to others.

Great follow up! Competent on time would recommend

We had about a half dozen quotes, including an Amish guy from Lancaster. Most of the other salesmen that came out made such a big deal over the "options", but in reality, a certified installation is pretty straight forward. We even had one salesman try the line "for you, just for today, we'll give you this special price". Another reduced their quote by 37% after we told them their price was high, but the new price was still 50% higher than Jim and Matt quoted. Another wouldn't even talk to us unless we committed to having more than 1-1/2 hours to go over their sales pitch... its just a roof! Jim was here with the crew the entire time, making sure everything went well. Bottom line: great guys, great crew, fair price.

I interviewed three other companies to do this job. They were the most professional and most responsive. Everything was explained in detail and my questions were handled completely and professionally. I felt very confident in hiring them and was not disappointed during the entire planning and work process. I only rated them a 4.5 in value for the money because I am not sure about that. Their price seemed in line with the others interviewed.

Jim and Matt did a phenomenal job on my roof and gutters. Their crew worked very fast and efficiently. They were all very polite and courteous. The yard was left completely clean when the job was done.

From the initial meeting , through the projects completion , dealing with JMS was great. Co-owners Jim and Matt communicated very well throughout the entire process. Their crew did a good job on the roof replacement. I received many estimates from other companies and found that JMS estimate was better than most . They definitely didn’t cut corners on materials or workmanship to save money . Being a smaller company (than some of the others I received estimates from),they have a lower overhead and are able to pass this savings along to the customer . If you are considering having your roof replaced I would highly recommend having JMS doing it for you.

Jim and his team were awesome! The worked like a clock! Everyone knew exactly what they were to do and did it in a timely fashion. They were on time, If not early, Had it finished in no time. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and my yard looked awesome when they left. I interviewed several other roofing companies. Their estimates were ridiculous! Jim is a great guy and I will have him and his guys Do my next big project, for sure!!

Jim and Matt were great to work with. The work was excellent. They kept me up to date with each step and explained everything that was to be done. I didn't find 1 nail or roofing material on the ground when they left. If I had a question after hours, they took the time to explain it to me. There was 1 major instance where Jim went up and beyond duty to get the problem straitened out. Because of this, he saved me quite a bit of money. I do recommend them to the utmost!

In addition to the roof installation and repair we also had them cap all fascia boards and install new gutters with downspouts. This company was so easy to work with, honest and affordable. Made sure I was comfortable and at ease with everything during the entire process. Jim and his crew were just amazing. I definitely recommend them.
