"While the quality of their work was very good, someone needs to screen the contractors for fair business practices. My "pro" forgot to mention that when I paid my bill with my debit card, there was a 3.75% surcharge for the "convenience." Cost me over $50 and when I brought it up all they had to say was "whoops, sorry." Also, I was being charged by the hour. I ended up paying 2 guys at $75/hour to stop by and pick up a few things at the store! $150 for picking up a few supplies?! Had I known, I would have gone and bought the stuff myself!"

He went above and beyond as the job was more involved because I didn't understand the complexity of bathroom ceiling fans ( I thought it was a simple exchange when it was the newer model of the existing model) He was so kind, professional and did a great job! "I wished my husband listened to me when I said these people were sketchy. There were three people in total, one called Mike, and the other two looked like they aren't sober. They were in our home an entire afternoon, but didn't get much done because they were mainly smoking and trying to figure out how to install the flooring. They broke our materials, stole materials and we had to pay them $250. The one time my husband called to ask for our stuff back, Mike hung up. Then I contacted him and he said he would return the money and materials. Then a week goes by, and still nothing. They are actually located in Clarion, but no company shows up when I search for them. This is not a legitimate company and are just taking money and materials."
