General Remodeling
The floor was scratched after they moved the refrigerator back to it's original place. The contractor said it would be a lot of work to fix the damage. He made it sound like it was not their fault, it was a manufacturing issue. He said he would check with the manufacturer but he never followed through with me. They kept the excess flooring left over from the job, which I had already paid for. They would not give the flooring back to me. They also just did sloppy work. He left the excess caulking around the sink in the bathroom. They even used a felt marker on the counter top where they were going to cut the counter top. The marker does not wash off. So I am left with marks on the counter top.
