I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

On the day of the appointment I received a call within the expected time of arrival noting they would arrive in 30 mins. Miri and JJ arrived on time and gave me an estimate. The price was fair. When I asked when could the work be done, to my surprise they told me they could do it right then. Within an hour the work was neatly and efficiently completed. They were very polite, answered all my questions and I would certainly call them again the next time I need an electrician."
