When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. "First, we had several very different kinds of projects. We had Wes install ceiling fans with lights in the kids' rooms; he added high hats to the vaulted ceiling in the family room, and then I had him put uplights on the house and some trees (so landscape lighting). Wes is both an electrician and a general contractor, so this is very helpful when it comes to patching and painting. We scheduled a date and he arrived on that date; the work was completed very fast and we have no complaints- just smiles. I'm always a little dubious about hiring people "sight unseen" but Wes was really good; pricing seemed fair."
