It went extremely well. Along with the work done above, I also had them install 2x3 framing around the windows to accept capping. It looks greats. They also installed new shutters and a new larger gable vent.

My grandmothers roof started leaking a few months back besides I decided to bolt saint nick up there. The roof was 22yrs old and needed a freshen up anyways. I called around got 4 quotes from 4 different roofers. 1 High end residential roofer, 2 reputable / local roofers and a Friend that is a general exterior contractor. KPI Jr quote came in only $200 more then my family friend. He wasn't just priced very well but punctual, knowledgeable, licensed, insured and had the portfolio to back it up and most of all wasnt a pushy sales dude...god I hate those " huhuum Power Home!" Anyways im 6 months strong. Mike from KPI JR stopped by the other week to check up on me and my grandmothers roof. So I went out of my way to let you guys know Mike and KPI JR cares and did an amazing Job. Hope this helps anyone looking for a roof you woulnt regret going with KPI JR. Thanks again Mike.
