He came out a few days early after only maybe 48 hours after I rang the company, which was highly recommended to me. The consult took 45 minutes (lots of mini electric projects) and he immediately went to work. Within maybe 2-3 hours after he first arrived for the consult, every project was done. I thought it would take several days spread out over a few weeks with return visits. He isn't a master. He is the master who taught the master and is young and energetic, but with over two decades of experience. Think Formula One pit-stop in terms of speed and German car efficiency in terms of quality. He knows all the codes, where exceptions lie, where the spectrum ranges from small, medium, and large fixes depending on the vision of the project (e.g., rental vs owner-occupier). He is also an artist at his craft with an appreciation for tidiness, presentation of wiring, attention to detail, and correctness. If you are looking for a $10 - $50 quick fix stick up battery light job, Brad is not your man. But he does help out across the rental to owner-occupier spectrum with excellent prices. If you want the job done right, even on a moderate budget, there are no better electricians out there.
