Subsequent to that, I noticed that one of the skylights developed a very large hole. This is one we knew we'd have to replace anyway. (When James was here, he reported a hole and cracking, but something happened afterwards). He was kind enough to return at no charge to put a tarp over the skylight so that it wouldn't leak during the period before we can schedule our roof and skylight replacements.

"Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem.
