"DPP was amazing. We had a plumming emergency that turned out to be caused by a crack in our sewer line underneath of our home. As new homeowners, this was very stressful and discouraging. DPP came out quickly, identified the problem, and quoted us more fairly and affordable than any other company. They were also very helpful when it came to making an insurance claim. They provided all the neccessary documents and information. They educated us and answered all of our questions. They did the work very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a life long customer."

"Had poor luck with plumbers for years. So happy we found Joe. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend."

"Great. Efficient, affordable, good communication, polite, tidy...basically everything you want."

"Initialliy, Done Right Today came out to quote a sink faucet job we needed done and we were quoted a price that was rather high. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote. I really appreciate the efforts by this company and we do have another job for our full bath we plan on hiring them again for."

"Courteous professional service good quality work costly service anymore not just them but everyone as a consumer always skeptical how much room is there for a company to make profit and how much anyone can afford service calls"

"This company is very expensive. The portion of the job that was done was done correctly to my knowledge. However, the job could not be completed the same and I was able to find someone to finish it that I could afford."

"Jeff is AMAZING. His work is AMAZING quality. His prices are AMAZINGLY fair and transparent with no surprises. He is reliable! Communicates great! He literally called me a minute after I sent a message requesting a quote. At like 10:00 at night. He came out the next day, replaced my water heater, and I just experienced probably the best shower of my life! He also provided so much knowledge through the process which was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about my satisfaction with his work! I was just sitting here actually thinking to myself (if you can believe it) that I'm actually glad my old one broke! Where last night I was an absolute damsel in distress over it. I am so grateful for how simple he made this, and how much more affordable it was than other quotes I received. As well as how much better the quality of my water is! I would not doubt if he is the absolute best in the business. Thank you Jeff for everything!!!"

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
