I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote. It turned out that the heater was too old to be repaired, but the plumber’s estimate for a new one seemed exorbitant, so I called Water Heaters in a Hurry -- it was an emergency, after all! Jeffrey Ganter, the owner, scheduled the installation for the same day and went out of his way to make the time fit my schedule. He was punctual, did excellent work, and the price was well below that proposed by the plumber. One thing that really stood out (and is important to me) was his responsiveness and communication.
