"We had an issue with our dryer that lead to the explosive gas/carbon monoxide detectors to go off and, subsequently, the fire department and gas company needing to clear our house. The fire department and gas company couldn’t determine the issue but narrowed it down to the dryer. I booked Eddie based on a quick search and review of ratings and he was able to book our appointment the same day. He was very thorough and able to narrow down the issue that ended up being super obscure and also super scary. Eddie provided fantastic service but, even more importantly, peace of mind after a very stressful situation. Our dryer was disassembled and fixed in what seemed like minutes. "Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

"After removing a stove that was over 40 years old, we needed the gas line moved and the old counters trimmed. We initially hired a plumber to add a cutoff valve which had to be moved to accommodate the new stove. Because of old house issues the estimate was high. Justin was hired for the cabinets but was also certified for the gas line project. Justin was my choice and one that I was very satisfied with. From contact until completion, he was very professional and competent. The final charge was VERY reasonable considering that he knew how important this was to my wife he came and completed the job that same night. HIGHLY recommend this company. I also suggest that if you have a installation that you hold off known work (like gas line) until you see how the stove is made in the back. Thank you Justin & Sam for a great job"

"Job went well. Promptly received quote. Chris stopped one evening to confirm color match was acceptable. Started job when they said they would. Gutters look great. One minor issue-the downspout collars were installed with bar code labels on them. I phoned Chris to notify him and someone came within the week to remove them.
