    After contacting Maytag customer service, they scheduled an appointment with Aperture Appliance on 6/24/2016. While I was impressed with this quick date for service, Charlie called to say that he was currently in the area and could come right over. Within an hour of speaking to Maytag customer service, Charlie with Aperture Appliance was at our house! He quickly diagnosed the problem (a bolt that needed to be screwed in for proper motor function and had not been done at the Maytag factory) and fixed it as well as checking the machine over for any other issues. He talked us through the whole process, answered questions, and was very polite and professional. Although we did not have to pay for the service call due to the washer being under warranty, I will absolutely call Aperture Appliance Services for all our appliance needs in the future whether the appliance is under warranty or not. I am beyond please with Aperture Appliance's quick and courteous service, and highly recommend their services for anyone with appliance issues

    I got him from Angie's List. He seemed to be really good. He came out the first time. I am pretty far out and for him to come to my place was probably 20 miles. He did have service charge, but it was all reasonable. I was pleased with the work. I had a minor leak afterwards and I called back. He came back out, checked it as it was on the spin cycle. The clips on top of the tub had actually rusted and there were a lot of water to spin up. He came back a good distance and didn't charge me anything extra. He charged for the labor. I have lots to tell about him. He is a good person. I called them Tuesday and the lady made an appointment for Friday. She said he would be here by 9.30 and he came at 9.17, which was pretty amazing

    The father and son came on board a couple of years and took care of my appliances. They asked me to hold on to the old ones as long as I can because the new ones aren't any good; but his son used the new ones where they have computer chips in there. They told me about the experience they had. They spent the whole day working on the washer and thought there was a problem with the motor, but the problem was with reading in the computer system. They said it takes a day to find that out. They went over and above. Initially they thought it was the motor, but the wire sent the wrong signals

    Everything went as smooth as I can imagine, 15 minutes early arrival time, fast repirs, and all things explained to me. See above description of services performed for more details. The only reason I rated pricing at a "B" is that it kills me to pay for services that I have been lucky enough to perform myself in the past. But this was a case where my lack of knowledge prompted me to get outside help, and I am sure I made the right choice with Tom's Appliance Service
