They managed the scheduling with the contractor and the delivery of the appliances.

My stormdoor had broken so I went to Lowes to purchase a new one .They said they would have someone come to install it. Well, in the meantime we had a snow storm and the man they sent not only installed the door but he also shoveled the area for me. Boy was I glad. Thanks Mike.

They were informative, helpful, flexible and extremely knowledgeable.

They came here and had to take the doors off. It was a little more job than they originally wanted to get into because they size of the refrigerator and the opening of the door. I gave them a tip even for the extra work, but then when they left, I noticed they stripped a screw on one of the hinges and never said anything. I kind of regretted giving them a tip after I saw that. They never said anything about it. The price was good. They did go the extra mile and accommodated my situation. They really shouldn't have taken the door off. That was my mistake for not measuring correctly. It's not part of their job; they could have just dropped it off.

Brad Patton was the contractor from Lowe's that did the job. He was also private but worked for Lowe's as a part timer. I have his card and I want to use him privately.
