Day & Evening Hour Appliance & Heating Service

I absolutely would NOT recommend Day and Evening Hour Appliance. 
Randy came out to my house to take a look at my Thermador oven. There was a $60 service fee just for the initial visit, which was about 10-15 minutes. This would be fine if my issue would have been fixed in the end, but it was not. He said he'd be in touch once he found the parts and knew how much they cost. 4 days later he gives me a call and says he cannot find the parts and he will not be fixing my oven. I was stunned, seeing how after he had left I googled the parts for my oven and within 3 minutes I had a list of all the parts to my oven, under the correct model number. I wanted to do some research to make sure I wasn't overcharged for the parts. However, Randy, the "professional" appliance repairer could not find the parts. This dismayed me, so I asked him about getting a partial refund of my $60. He basically said absolutely not and got off of the phone quite quickly. This led me to believe that he is either incompetent or he is running a scam business, just collecting the $60 service fee and not actually putting in any work. After speaking with someone about the situation I've concluded that both are true, he is running a scam business because he is incompetent. 
Please, do not waste your time or money on this guy.
